1. Introduction, Acceptance of Terms & Limitation of Responsibility

Euro Escort (“Euro Escort”, “the Platform”, “we”, “us”) operates an independent digital advertising and listing platform intended solely to display adult-oriented advertisements where such advertising is lawful.

By accessing, browsing, registering, uploading content, purchasing advertising, communicating with advertisers, or otherwise using the Platform in any manner, you (“User”, “Advertiser”, “Client”, “Agency”) confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms apply to all pages, features, tools, services, and content offered through the Platform, including any present or future functionality.

Use of the Platform is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. Euro Escort makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind regarding content, users, advertisers, agencies, services, legality, outcomes, safety, quality, or interactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Euro Escort shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to financial loss, personal harm, misrepresentation, fraud, or third-party conduct.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all access to and use of the Platform.

2. Adult Content, Legal Age Requirement (18 / 21) & User Liability

The Platform contains adult-oriented advertising content intended strictly for adults. Such content may include explicit images, suggestive descriptions, adult language, and other mature materials.

Access is permitted only to individuals legally entitled to view adult advertising content in their jurisdiction. If adult content is restricted, illegal, or regulated where you are located, you must leave immediately.

Users must be at least 18 years of age, or 21 years of age where required by applicable law. The applicable age requirement depends entirely on the user’s jurisdiction and legal obligations.

Users bear sole legal responsibility for compliance with local age, morality, content, and access laws. Euro Escort relies exclusively on user declarations and shall not be liable for false age statements or unlawful access.

Euro Escort does not knowingly permit minors to access or advertise on the Platform. Where content raises safety concerns, Euro Escort may request documentation, restrict visibility, or remove content at its sole discretion.

3. Mandatory Age Gate, Declarations & No Duty of Verification

Before accessing any content, users must pass a mandatory age-confirmation gate and affirm that they meet the applicable legal age requirement (18 or 21 depending on law).

By entering the Platform, users legally declare that their statement is truthful and acknowledge that false declarations may constitute a violation of law and may result in immediate termination of access.

The age gate does not constitute legal, governmental, biometric, or identity verification. Euro Escort assumes no duty of care, investigation, or liability arising from user misrepresentation or circumvention of controls.

Users agree to indemnify and hold Euro Escort harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from false age declarations, unlawful access, or enabling minors to access content (including by negligence).

4. Advertising-Only Platform, No Facilitation & Liability Disclaimer

Euro Escort operates strictly as an advertising and listing platform. The Platform enables advertisers to publish advertisements and enables visitors to view them.

Euro Escort does not provide escort services, does not operate as an agency, and does not act as a broker, intermediary, manager, facilitator, representative, or procurer.

Euro Escort does not arrange, negotiate, schedule, supervise, monitor, confirm, or participate in any meetings, bookings, services, or transactions between users.

All interactions, agreements, payments, and outcomes occur exclusively between users, outside the Platform, and at their own risk. Users are solely responsible for their choices, communications, due diligence, and safety measures.

Euro Escort shall not be liable for any consequences, damages, disputes, scams, fraud, criminal acts, or legal issues arising from user interactions or off-platform activity.

5. Independent Advertisers, Voluntary Participation & Jurisdictional Responsibility

5.1 Independent Status & No Employment Relationship

All advertisers using the Platform act strictly as independent individuals or independent business operators. No advertiser is employed by, contracted to, managed by, supervised by, or acting on behalf of Euro Escort.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary duty, or representation between Euro Escort and any advertiser or user.

Advertisers independently determine their own pricing, availability, services, locations, communications, and conditions without input, direction, or influence from Euro Escort.

5.2 Voluntary Participation & Absence of Coercion

By advertising on the Platform, advertisers expressly declare and warrant that their participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken of their own free will.

Advertisers confirm that they are not subject to coercion, pressure, threats, intimidation, abuse, debt bondage, manipulation, or control by any third party.

Advertisers further represent that they retain full personal autonomy over their movements, communications, finances, decisions, and activities.

Any indication that an advertiser is acting under coercion or lack of free consent may result in immediate restriction, removal, or termination of content or accounts without notice and without refund.

5.3 No Procuring, Intermediaries or Third-Party Control

Advertisers representing themselves as independent confirm that no procurer, intermediary, controller, handler, organizer, manager, or other third party exercises authority, direction, or influence over their activities.

This includes, without limitation, third parties who:

Control communications, bookings, or responses
Set prices or conditions
Control transportation, accommodation, or schedules
Receive proceeds on behalf of the advertiser
Restrict freedom of movement or decision-making

Euro Escort does not permit advertising that constitutes procuring or facilitation by third parties where such activity is illegal or restricted by law.

Euro Escort does not verify the absence of third-party involvement and assumes no responsibility for detecting hidden control arrangements beyond reasonable platform moderation.

5.4 Danish Legal Framework & Age Requirement

Under Danish law, the purchase and sale of sexual services is permitted provided that the seller has reached the age of 18 years.

By advertising services intended to be provided within Denmark, advertisers expressly confirm and warrant that:

They are at least 18 years of age at the time of advertising and at the time any services are offered
They possess full legal capacity under Danish law
They are not advertising on behalf of any minor
No content involves, depicts, references, or implies individuals under 18

Euro Escort maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content involving minors. Any such content will be removed immediately and may result in permanent termination.

5.5 Agencies & Denmark-Specific Restrictions

Under Danish law, escort agencies, procuring, and third-party facilitation are restricted or illegal.

Accordingly, Euro Escort does not permit escort agencies or third-party operators to advertise services intended to be provided within Denmark.

Any advertiser presenting an agency structure, third-party management, or organized facilitation for Denmark-based services may be removed without notice.

Agencies operating outside Denmark may advertise only where such activity is legal in their own jurisdiction and bear full responsibility for compliance with all local, national, and EU laws.

5.6 Residency, Immigration & Tax Responsibility

Advertisers offering services in Denmark represent that they are lawfully present in Denmark and hold any required residence permit, visa, EU residence right, or other legal authorization to stay in the country.

Advertisers are solely responsible for compliance with Danish immigration rules, residency requirements, and conditions of stay.

Advertisers further acknowledge sole responsibility for compliance with all Danish tax obligations, including income reporting, VAT where applicable, and any other statutory financial duties.

Euro Escort does not verify residence status, visas, work authorization, or tax registration and does not provide legal, tax, or immigration advice.

5.7 Liability Allocation & Indemnity

All responsibility for legality, compliance, independence, voluntary participation, age eligibility, and lawful operation rests solely with the advertiser.

Any misrepresentation regarding independence, age, voluntariness, third-party involvement, residency, or tax compliance constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold Euro Escort harmless from any claims, investigations, penalties, or consequences arising from such misrepresentation or non-compliance.

6. Verification, “Verified” Status & No Legal Guarantees

Any “Verified”, “ID Verified”, or “Age Verified” status indicates only that self-submitted materials were reviewed at a single point in time for internal moderation and risk-reduction purposes.

Verification does NOT mean verified by law, government, or authority, nor does it constitute endorsement, certification, legal approval, or any guarantee of identity, age, legality, authenticity, location, services, or behavior.

Euro Escort is not a public authority and performs no legal, governmental, biometric, or statutory verification. Documents may be forged or misleading and images may be edited, filtered, outdated, or stylized.

Euro Escort shall not be liable for discrepancies, impersonation, scams, fraud, or false representation despite verification indicators.

7. Content Responsibility, IP Rights & Enforcement

Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and consent of all content submitted, including photos, videos, text, names, and contact details.

Advertisers warrant that they have all rights and consents required to upload and publish content and that their content does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

Euro Escort does not guarantee content accuracy and assumes no liability for user- generated content, including claims based on misrepresentation, fraud, or unlawful advertising by users.

Euro Escort may remove, restrict, blur, edit, de-index, or delete content at its sole discretion without notice and without refund, including where content raises safety, legal, or compliance concerns.

Users agree to indemnify Euro Escort from any intellectual property, privacy, or legal claims arising from submitted content or user communications.

8. Prohibited Content, Zero Tolerance & Immediate Enforcement

Content involving minors, trafficking, exploitation, coercion, violence, threats, fraud, doxxing, blackmail, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

Euro Escort applies a zero-tolerance policy and may remove content or terminate access immediately without notice where prohibited content is suspected or detected.

Euro Escort is not obligated to investigate criminal activity but may preserve logs and cooperate with competent authorities where legally required.

No refunds or compensation are provided for removals resulting from policy violations, including content removals performed to protect platform safety or legal compliance.

9. Human Trafficking, Abuse Prevention & External Reporting

Euro Escort is committed to preventing misuse of the Platform for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, forced labor, abuse, or any non-consensual activity.

Euro Escort maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding child exploitation, child sexual abuse material, and any form of minor involvement or references.

Euro Escort is not a law enforcement body and does not conduct criminal investigations. However, where legally required, Euro Escort may cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.

Users are strongly encouraged to report suspected trafficking or exploitation directly to appropriate authorities. If you suspect immediate danger, contact emergency services in your jurisdiction.

Euro Escort shall not be liable for failure to detect or prevent third-party criminal conduct. Users acknowledge that online platforms cannot guarantee prevention of misuse, and users remain responsible for their own safety decisions and reporting actions.

10. Payments, Advertising Fees, Refunds & Financial Risk Allocation

All payments made to Euro Escort are strictly advertising fees for digital visibility, placement, and promotional features (such as highlighted listings, priority ranking, banner exposure, or similar advertising tools).

Euro Escort does not receive commissions, percentages, booking fees, or benefits related to any services provided by advertisers, and Euro Escort does not participate in user transactions or outcomes.

Advertising fees are generally non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of digital resources, platform placement, moderation time, and the time-sensitive nature of online advertising.

Refunds may be considered only for: (a) duplicate payments, (b) proven unauthorized transactions supported by documentation, or (c) technical errors solely attributable to Euro Escort that prevented delivery of the purchased advertising feature.

Refund requests must be submitted promptly and within a reasonable time after purchase. Euro Escort may request evidence and may deny refunds where the service was delivered, partially delivered, or where misuse, fraud, or policy violations are involved.

No refunds are issued for account suspensions, content removals, policy violations, termination, or where the advertiser’s content is removed for compliance or safety.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, currency conversion fees, taxes, and third-party payment processor issues are the sole responsibility of the advertiser. If a chargeback occurs, Euro Escort may suspend the account until the dispute is resolved.

Users agree that Danish law governs all disputes, with exclusive jurisdiction in Danish courts.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Euro Escort shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

Euro Escort shall not be liable for damages resulting from interactions, communications, or agreements between users, advertisers, agencies, or third parties, whether on or off the Platform.

Euro Escort does not assume responsibility for the conduct, behavior, representations, or omissions of any advertiser, agency, client, or third party using the Platform.

This includes, without limitation, liability for financial loss, loss of income, loss of opportunity, personal injury, emotional distress, reputational harm, or legal consequences arising from user interactions.

Euro Escort makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or legality of any content published on the Platform, and disclaims any warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Use of the Platform is entirely voluntary and at the user’s own risk.

12. Indemnification and Hold Harmless

Users agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Euro Escort, its owners, operators, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses.

This includes, without limitation, legal fees and expenses arising from or related to:

Use or misuse of the Platform
Violation of these Terms and Conditions
Illegal, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent content
Failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations
Disputes between users, advertisers, agencies, or third parties
Claims involving privacy, consent, copyright, trademarks, or defamation

The indemnification obligation applies regardless of whether the claim arises in contract, tort, statutory law, or otherwise.

This obligation survives termination of access to the Platform.

13. Data Protection, Privacy & GDPR Compliance

Euro Escort processes personal data solely for operating the Platform, maintaining security, preventing fraud, ensuring compliance, and fulfilling legal obligations.

All data processing is conducted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Danish and European Union data protection laws.

Euro Escort does not sell, rent, trade, or commercially exploit personal data.

Personal data may be disclosed only where required by law, court order, or lawful request from competent authorities.

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the personal information they provide and for safeguarding their login credentials. Unauthorized account access due to weak passwords or sharing credentials remains the user’s responsibility.

14. Suspension, Termination & Enforcement

Euro Escort reserves the unrestricted right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at any time.

Such action may be taken to ensure compliance with these Terms, applicable law, platform safety, fraud prevention, risk management, or operational integrity.

Grounds for suspension or termination may include, but are not limited to:

Violation of these Terms and Conditions
False age declarations or misuse of the age gate
Suspected illegal, fraudulent, exploitative, or abusive activity
Content involving minors, trafficking, coercion, or non-consensual content
Risk to Euro Escort’s legal, operational, hosting, or payment standing

Termination may occur with or without prior notice and without obligation to provide justification where permitted by law.

No refunds, credits, or compensation are issued for suspended or terminated accounts, including where termination is necessary for legal compliance or platform safety.

15. Amendments and Updates to Terms

Euro Escort reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect legal, operational, safety, or business requirements.

Updates become effective upon publication on the Platform unless stated otherwise.

Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly to remain informed of changes.

Continued use of the Platform following updates constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

If a user does not agree with updated Terms, they must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and stop accessing any content.

16. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Legal Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Denmark.

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Denmark.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

Section headings are included for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

17. Final Legal Statement & Entire Agreement

Euro Escort operates strictly as an advertising and listing platform and does not provide, arrange, manage, facilitate, broker, supervise, or endorse any services advertised.

All responsibility for legality, compliance, conduct, safety, and outcomes rests solely with users, advertisers, and agencies.

Any “Verified” status does not constitute verification by law, government approval, or legal certification and does not guarantee identity, age, or legality.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and Euro Escort and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

By continuing to use the Platform, users confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
